Jenny Gentleman

Jenny Gentleman is a strategist, activist, entrepreneur and marketing leader with 25+ years of experience helping businesses, organizations and nonprofits achieve their goals. She spent five years working for R&R Partners, one of the largest privately-owned independent advertising agencies in the country, in consumer research and strategic planning roles for clients in tourism, gaming, utilities and healthcare. Following her leave from advertising to start a family, Jenny founded a corporate meditation business, Pause, that she led for 10 years. Subsequently, and in response to the horrific mass shooting in Las Vegas on October 1, 2017, Jenny became deeply involved with Moms Demand Action, a non-partisan organization helping gun violence survivors and communities impacted by gun violence. She started a new Las Vegas Chapter and served as Lead Volunteer for BeSmartForKids.org, an education campaign encouraging the safe storage of firearms. In this leadership role, Jenny worked closely with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Sheriff’s Office and the Clark County School District Police Department, ultimately serving on the Safety Committee for the Clark County School District. Jenny is a graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies. She currently resides in Las Vegas (her home of 45 years) with her husband and two children, raising her family and engaging in volunteer work.
